Atomos Perfect Filter is HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter collecting 99.97% or higher of 0.3µm particles. Originally Atomos has been developed as a final filter for dealing with exhaust of nuclear related industries. Gradually it has expanded its application area not only in nuclear industry but also medical and food processing industries. Especially in present electronics industry, it plays key role for air purification.
