Siliglass is a high quality heat-resistant material used as injection nozzle base material in Japan’s HⅡ rocket. It is further used in fusion furnaces, heating furnaces, fireproof/fire-resistant curtains, and more.
01 High post-heating tensile strength
Siliglass features a higher SiO2 purity than that of other companies' products, letting it maintain high tensile strength even after heating (1100°C at 0.5 hours).
02 Maintains flexibility even after heating
Due to its high SiO2 purity, Siriglass' fibers do not harden even after heating and maintain flexibility.
03 Varied processing technologies
The surface of the cloth can be processed (resin coating/metal foil processing) and shaped through sewing.
This sleeve can be used as a roller cover for tempered glass furnaces and as a heat-resistant wire coating material.
